Trust Paperwork & Setup
Week 1–2. PHIPA agent agreement, confidentiality agreements, and scope of pilot will be signed before we touch any PHI. Your dedicated Azure Canada instance is provisioned.
Build & Deploy
Week 2–3. We build and deploy your first workflow — typically fax triage. Training for your MOA (30 minutes) and physician reviewer (15 minutes). Cheat sheet provided. Phone support for week 1.
Measure & Report
Week 4. Outcomes report: faxes processed, time-to-triage before vs. after, exceptions encountered, staff feedback. This document becomes the basis for ongoing engagement.

Is OpsMed PHIPA compliant?
We operate as your PHIPA agent under s.17 with formal agreements, breach notification procedures, and documented safeguards. All data stays in Azure Canada Central.
Do you replace our EMR?
No. OpsMed works alongside your existing EMR and AI scribe — we automate the workflows between them. OpsMed has a built and tested OSCAR community edition integration. OSCAR Pro API access is pending. Accuro and PS Suite integrations are in active development. Our architecture is EMR-agnostic by design: adding a new EMR is a configuration change, not a rebuild.
