About OpsMed
Clinic automation built by people who understand both the security stakes and the frontline reality.
Why We Built This
Ontario's family medicine clinics are drowning in paperwork. Physicians spend up to 19 hours per week on administrative tasks — time that should go to patients. Fax machines still handle 88% of inter-provider communication. And roughly 5,000 privacy breaches per year stem from misdirected faxes.
We saw an opportunity to fix this — not with another clinical AI tool, but by automating the administrative back office: the fax triage, referral tracking, and results routing that quietly eats hours out of every day.
OpsMed is purpose-built for Ontario family practices. Every workflow respects PHIPA, runs on Azure Canada infrastructure, and puts physicians in control through review-first design.
The Founders
Two perspectives that complement each other: cybersecurity infrastructure and frontline patient care.

Hamilton First, Ontario Next
We're starting local and growing deliberately.
OpsMed launches in Hamilton and the Golden Horseshoe — a region with over 1,600 family physicians and a strong community health network. We're building relationships with local FHTs, FHOs, and solo practices before expanding across Ontario.
This isn't a Silicon Valley growth play. We're an Ontario company building for Ontario clinics, with data that stays in Canada and a support team that understands the provincial health system.
Backed by CyberLeda
OpsMed's infrastructure is built and maintained by CyberLeda, a cybersecurity-focused MSP serving businesses across Ontario's Golden Horseshoe. Same team. Same security standards. Enterprise-grade protection as a structural advantage.
