By accessing or using opsmed.ca and our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

OpsMed provides administrative workflow automation services for Ontario family medicine clinics. Our services include fax triage, referral tracking, results routing, and related administrative automation. OpsMed does not provide clinical decision-making, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

3. Clinic Automation Services

Clinic automation services are governed by a separate PHIPA agent agreement and service agreement signed between OpsMed and each clinic. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails.

4. Website Use

You may use our website for informational purposes. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the website's operation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on opsmed.ca, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of OpsMed or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright and intellectual property law.

6. Limitation of Liability

OpsMed provides its website and content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of website content. To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, OpsMed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
