Week 1–2. PHIPA agent agreement, confidentiality agreements, and scope of pilot are signed before we touch any PHI. Your dedicated Azure Canada instance is provisioned.
Build & Deploy
Week 2–3. We build and deploy your first workflow — typically fax triage. Training for your MOA (30 minutes) and physician reviewer (15 minutes). Cheat sheet provided. Phone support for week 1.
Measure & Report
Week 4. Outcomes report: faxes processed, time-to-triage before vs. after, exceptions encountered, staff feedback. This document becomes the basis for ongoing engagement.
