Clinic Automation That Complements Your AI Scribe

The Ontario AI Scribe VOR covers clinical documentation. Everything else — fax triage, referral tracking, results routing, form workflows — is OpsMed's lane.

What the VOR Covers vs. What OpsMed Covers

The Supply Ontario AI Scribe VOR (Tender-20123) is narrowly scoped to clinical documentation. OpsMed fills the uncontested administrative automation gap.

Function
VOR / AI Scribes
OpsMed
Clinical note transcription
Patient visit summaries
Fax triage & document routing
Referral tracking & follow-up
Results routing & prioritization
Patient instruction drafting (review-first)
Form auto-fill & workflows
FHO+ time tracking for billing

OpsMed is complementary to AI scribes — not competitive. We recommend the best scribe for your practice and automate everything the scribe doesn't cover.

Implementation: 2–4 Weeks, Start to Finish

Every engagement follows a structured, repeatable process. No surprises.

OpsMed clinic workflow automation process
1

Discovery & Assessment

Week 1. We map your clinic's workflows in-person: fax volume, referral loops, who touches what and how many times. We deliver a Clinic Efficiency Check-Up showing your admin burden vs. Ontario averages.

2

Trust Paperwork & Setup

Week 1–2. PHIPA agent agreement, confidentiality agreements, and scope of pilot are signed before we touch any PHI. Your dedicated Azure Canada instance is provisioned.

3

Build & Deploy

Week 2–3. We build and deploy your first workflow — typically fax triage. Training for your MOA (30 minutes) and physician reviewer (15 minutes). Cheat sheet provided. Phone support for week 1.

4

Measure & Report

Week 4. Outcomes report: faxes processed, time-to-triage before vs. after, exceptions encountered, staff feedback. This document becomes the basis for ongoing engagement.

Works alongside Telus PS Suite, QHR Accuro, OSCAR Pro, and CHR — no EMR replacement required.

Managed Service Tiers

Recurring, predictable pricing. No hidden fees. Scale up as your practice grows.

First 3 clinics: Free 30-day pilot in exchange for documented feedback and testimonial (with permission).

FHO+ Revenue Capture Module

Results Review Tracking

Referral Coordination Tracking

Time spent reviewing referral status updates, approving follow-up actions, or reviewing consult notes is logged as "indirect care — referral coordination."

Patient Communication Tracking

Time reviewing and approving drafted patient instructions is logged as "indirect care — patient messaging."

Export to Billing

Summarized time logs exportable in a format compatible with OHIP billing submissions, organized by 15-minute increments per category.
